Publication - 3rd Asia Pacific International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management
Studied Management and wrote a research using a modified UTAUT2 model to examine Indonesian users’ acceptance and reuse intention of a tele-counseling mobile app (Riliv) during COVID-19. It finds that performance expectancy, price value, habit, and perceived risk significantly influence reuse intention; habit is the strongest predictor. Read the full paper here.

To gain an even more comprehensive data analytics skill, I also picked up Power BI to create data visualization. I used data viz to create growth plan on my previous role. I realized a good data viz can go a long way helping someone or even a team. I created a dashboard to track help desk performance. This can help them monitor load, issue trend, and customer’s satisfaction.
